SAFETY
The EPS that we use is non-toxic and VOC-free, which is unlike most spray foam insulations. Our system is also mold-resistant, does not breakdown into dust allergens, not a source of food for pests and has *low smoke and flame spread.

SUSTAINABILITY
The little amount of leftover EPS, wood and steel from producing panels is either recycled or repurposed to ensure we're not filling up landfills. Your end product will use less energy helping with the sustainable energy efforts.

ThermaTech panels are easy to install and can be field altered on the job. All window and doors are pre-cut to your prints specifications with pre-cut insulated headers and bucks designed to accommodate standard door and window installations seamlessly without needing onsite modifications to our panels. Hardware to install our system is included and arrives on site with panels. Panels also come with easy-to-follow shop drawings for setting up the structure. Making our panels ideal as a cross over panel from traditional framing for residential and commercial applications.

Every panel has an open horizontal cut chase for installing and inspecting wiring, along with vertical chases at doors.
Plugs can be sent on request to plug chase over wire after install and inspections are done.
