ABOUT OUR PRODUCT

ThermaTechs *TBS Panels are extra strong, steel, structurally insulated panels for roofs, walls, floors, and concrete-related products using a new technology we designed. With our revolutionary technology we are able to achieve a performance R-Value of 34+ with our 5.5" thick panels. All while being up to 50% lighter than other panel systems and able to withstand winds up to 180 miles an hour and top compression weights of 2500Ib per foot.

why use Thermatechs *TBS Panel systems?

ThermaTech Building Solutions has designed a comprehensive new construction wall and roof panel system we call *TBS panels. Our patent-pending process creates a thermally broken solution that combines rigid EPS foam with steel or wood support studs to create a holistic system that reduces framing time, job site waste, and, of course, energy usage. Thus reducing your overall cost and allowing you to take back control of your budget. 

COST EFFECTIVE

Our Four-in-One structure *TBS panels have insulation, sheathing, structural support, and a vapor barrier included in your cost. This saves you on the cost of rising OSB as well as other building materials.

SAFETY

The EPS that we use is non-toxic and VOC-free, which is unlike most spray foam insulations. Our system is also mold-resistant and it is not a source of food for pests.

SUSTAINABILITY

The little amount of leftover EPS, wood and steel from producing panels is either recycled or repurposed to ensure we're not filling up landfills.

  • ThermaTech TBS panels are easy to install and can be field altered on the job. All window and doors are pre-cut to your prints specifications with pre-cut insulated headers and bucks designed to accommodate standard door and window installations seamlessly without needing onsite modifications to our panels. All hardware to erect our system is included and arrives on site with panels. TBS panels also come with easy-to-follow prints on setting up the structure. Making our *TBS panels ideal for residential and commercial applications.

  • Every *TBS panel has a horizontal cut chase for wiring, along with vertical chases at doors and windows to run wire up into the attic space for easier and faster installation.

  • By virtually eliminating thermal bridging and greatly mitigating air infiltration our *TBS panels have greater performing R-values then conventional building options. We guarantee optimized energy efficiency and year-round comfort for your residential and commercial projects

    The EPS foam used in our panels maintains a constant R-value throughout the life of the structure. Our panels won’t shrink or diminish in any way over time leaving air gaps like loose fill alternatives.

    Does not use osb boards for sheathing eliminating up to 50% of wood used in standard construction practises and has options to eliminate 100% of wood from our panels with steel.

    There is little to no waist at the project site with our products being fully manufactured before being sent to the project site

    Our manufacturing plant recycles all waste created during the process of making our products.

  • Our *TBS panels, using the Steel/Steel configuration, have a load baring rating of 2500 Ib per linear ft.

  • Test on our *TBS panels show that when using our Steel/Steel configuration, they can handle over 180 MPH sustained winds.

  • Our *TBS panels wood/steel stud configuration save up to 45% of wood used in conventional building practices with Osb panels, eliminating all wood if using steel stud only panels.

    They are up to 50% lighter then traditional SIPS depending on configuration.

    They can be field altered quickly and without special tools.
