Coordinate payment, transport and site readiness before your panel package leaves the factory.
Before release
Orders must be paid in full before shipment or pickup. The final order agreement confirms the package, payment requirements and delivery arrangements.
Arrange your date
After your ready notice, arrange pickup or an agreed shipping date within 10 days. Contact us promptly if your schedule changes so any extension can be agreed in writing.
Prepare the site
Confirm truck access, unloading equipment, a suitable staging area and the crew needed to receive the package. Inspect the delivery and record any concerns with the carrier and our team.
Storage + extended holds
Storage charges, extended-hold deadlines and uncollected-order provisions must be stated in your signed order agreement. No daily percentage or automatic ownership-transfer term is established by this page.
